  • Where are you located at?

    We are located at 726 Highway 145, Baldwyn, Mississippi 38824. We are nestled in a small community between Booneville and Tupelo - less than a mile from Highway 45.

  • Can I schedule a tour?

    Absolutely! Reach out to us via our Contact Form. Please include your potential event date, type of event, and the best day of the week for a tour.

  • How far in advance should I book my wedding?

    As soon as you know your date! Venues can be booked up to 1.5-2 years in advance for weddings, however, please contact us for any and all dates.

  • When is my payment due? Do you require a deposit?

    A non-refundable deposit (25% of your total rental fee) is due upon booking your event. This deposit is applied to your overall rental fee. For weddings, the remaining rental fee is due 90 days prior to the wedding day. For all other events, the remaining rental fee is due 21 days before the event. Payment plans are available.

  • What is the cost to rent at Critter Brooke Farms?

  • Are tables and chairs included in our rental?

    Yes! We know that table and chair rentals can be a worry/burden for your wedding/event so we are happy to provide folding chairs, 60-inch round tables, and 6-foot oblong tables for rentals at The Barn, The Manor, and The Cave. The Pavilion includes picnic tables and oblong tables.

  • Do you offer any decorating / floral services?

    Yes, we do! We have an amazing team that is capable of doing fresh or silk florals for your wedding or event at Critter Brooke Farms. We also offer decorating services! Please reach out via our Contact Form to inquire about this.

  • What is the capacity for your spaces?

    It varies based on your layout and type of event. Let us know your vision and we can tell you the capacity for your event and space.

  • Do you have a vendor list?

    Yes, we have a list of all our favorite vendors from photographers to caterers to videographers. We will provide you with this list upon confirmation of your booking. All of these vendors have been vetted and are approved to work at Critter Brooke Farms. If you would like to use any vendors not on this list, there will be a $50 charge per vendor so we can meet with them and show them the ropes.

  • How early can I decorate for my event?

    For hourly events, you must decorate during your rental time. For all day or multi-day events, you can begin as early as you would like on your first day or the night before if the venue is not booked.

  • Do you allow alcohol on-site?

    Yes. Client must ensure any/all permits are approved before serving alcohol on-site. This may need to be noted when purchasing your Event Insurance.

  • Do you require insurance?

    Yes, you must purchase event insurance for all events at Critter Brooke Farms. This can be purchased easily online by many event insurance companies or through your local insurance agency.
